ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

The department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of the college of medical sciences was established in 2016. Academic activities in the department for Medical Students consist of 2 block posting; junior and senior postings each lasting for about 18 weeks. The department has been fully accredited for under graduate training by both the National University Commission and the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
