INT’L INSTITUTE OF ISLAMIC RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Dr. Shamsuddeen Umar Ilyas is an Associate Professor of Islamic Studies. He specialised in Islamic Creed (Aqida) and Islamic Thought. He is the Director of the International Institute of Islamic Research and Development (IIIRD), Gombe State University. He obtained his B.A Certificate on the Qur’an and its Sciences in Tripoli Libya. He did his M.A Islamic Studies in B.U.K and Ph.D in the International University of Africa, Khartoum the Republic of Sudan.
